About the role_**

You are passionate about supporting the Housekeeping team ensuring the guest experience is on high standard creating EPIC guests experiences, in particular:

- Ensure all public areas are clean and presented to required standards at all the times.
- Follow on daily disinfection scheduled according to the required standards
- Ensure all deep cleaning, safe environment programs are followed according to the hotel standards.
- Ensure all cleaning material are used and store correctly to hotel standards
- Effectively communicate between yourself and your work colleagues regarding work progress and outstanding daily tasks
- Always provides a professional image through appearance and dress
- Responds to requests from guests, supervisors, or management in a timely and efficient manner
- Follows company policies and procedures

- Provide guests with requested service and amenities within assigned timing or as soon as possible with friendly manner
- Protect guest and associate security by never revealing any personal information, room numbers
- To assist in the cleaning of the public areas (if required)
