- **Compliance**: supporting the business to meet regulatory commitments

The main responsibilities include providing expertise and support to business model sponsors and users to ensure that models as developed meet the requirements of the sponsor, are built using the most appropriate input data sources and that those models lead to the expected outcomes when implemented into the business processes. This will include engagement with strategy teams to ensure business strategy informs the model pipeline, developing monitoring processes, providing advice on remedial action and where necessary leading targeted projects to drive process or model changes.

As part of a global team the role will involve working with multiple regional teams with a view to implementing best practice in terms of model risk management, return optimisation opportunities as a function of using the models and introducing the best of those ideas and processes across regions.
