**Senior Process Operator**

With this Senior Process Operator role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership over a production area within our clients food manufacturing site. This would be a great role for someone with a natural interest in machinery & leadership. Working as a hands on Team Leader for the area, you will be tasked with operating the high speed, automated machinery, as well as compiling and reporting on a number of manufacturing KPI’s.

Key responsibilities:

- Maximising line efficiencies
- Provide leadership for your area
- Report KPI’s for the team
- Supervisor workload & changeovers
- Ensuring hygiene and GMP standards
- Delivering changeovers to ensure plan fulfilment
- Ensuring food safety, quality standards & SOP’s are followed.

Key requirements:

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ideally stepped up and taken team/area responsibility
- Comfortable working in a fast paced setting
- A good machinery understanding
- Continuous improvement mind set

This position is offering a Monday to Friday shift pattern on a 3 shift rotating basis. Working for food manufacturer, supplying into a number of major retailers as well as own brand labels & 3rd party manufacturing.
