- **Role Overview**_

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will work closely with our Business Support Team, all delivery streams and key supply chain to ensure a consistently high level of service. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy in order to maximise efficiency and productivity. You will provide a professional customer focused service representing the Company to a wide range of clients in NI, ROI and mainland UK.
- **What you’ll do**_

The following reflect the main tasks associated with your position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive:

- Working as part of the Business Support team to maintain and update various management systems with data information on supply chain works
- Undertake and execute the effective functioning of the supply chain
- Handling escalated supply chain queries
- Retrieving data from company information management systems.
- Inputting data to information management systems and client systems
- Works closely with Business Support team and supply chain to ensure a high-quality service is provided to all clients
- Works closely with the Business Improvement Manager to ensure supply chain compliance
- Liaise with supply chain and build a strong relationship
- Determine key supply chain KPIs targets
- Ensuring the completion of PPM and reactive works.
- Provide support to the Supply Chain Advisor on procedures and processes
- Coordinate with the supply chain to identity and resolve any issues causing disruption
- Review and maintain supply chain contacts
- Coordinate the end-to-end supplier onboarding process and continued maintenance throughout
- Ensure supply chain compliance with internal management systems
- To update and maintain the Company’s CAFM and document management systems
- Run monthly Supply Chain exception reports and hold supply chain performance meetings to ensure high job completion rates
- To assist with other duties as may be required from time to time depending on the needs of the Company

- Essential Criteria_
- Previous experience working with a supply chain
- Well-practiced and professional approach to planning and prioritising workload
- Experience working with Information Management Systems
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent telephone technique and communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including a proficiency in MS packages and web-based systems
- Excellent Customer Services skills
- Have the ability to collaborate with others and work within a team
- Desirable Criteria_
- Experience working within Facilities Management

- Good interpersonal and communication skills - Must demonstrate a good understanding of the requirements of our supply chain and possess the ability to communicate effectively both oral and written with staff, customers and suppliers at all levels.

- Good time management - prioritising tasks, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
