My client is looking for a Supply Analyst to work within a large manufacturing business unit based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. You will be supporting key accounts and online retailers, supporting external sales teams to achieve targets. Forecastingand demand planning with suppliers based in the Far East, you will analyse EPOS from customer Data ad demand plan for large retail suppliers. This client is a UK leading expert in Security Technology and are the global leader for access solutions.

The role is £32,500k plus benefits including pension, health care and onsite discounts, Monday to Friday 35hrs a week, Hybrid, days to be confirmed.

**Key Duties include**:

- Work with sales team ,plan new stock requirements.
- Stock analysis and (MTPT )stock management tracker.
- Service tracker (OTIF) from Yale to customers, resolve stock availability issues.
- Understand forward supply chain requirements from customers and input sales requirement into forecast tool
- Plan range review and new product introduction into the Market place.
- Daily contact with Customers and UK logistic planners.
- Daily sales order book and customer arrears resolution.
- Analysis of Customer EPOS Data feedback to sales team.
- UPS, DHL air freight and Carrier management requisition process.
- Daily contact with UK Fulfilment centre.
- Be able to use existing tools to run sales / Stock reports
- Experience of working with online retailers.
- Have strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Be able to build strong working relationships with internal supply chain.
- Be professional, and be a strong, confident communicator.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and numerical skills
- Be proficient in working with Excel and Outlook
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Have 6 months experience in a similar role.
- Be an enthusiastic, confident and hardworking team player who is able to adapt.
