Team Brain injury have been providing care and support for Children and Adults with Acquired and Traumatic brain injury in the South of England for 17 years.
We are expanding and looking for a female support worker to come onboard. This client is supported on a 2:1 basis, he can display mild challenging behaviors and needs help with most aspects of living.
He is currently living in a flat and enjoyed fishing and his family visiting him.
If you are a passionate about care and genuinely want to make a difference to people’s lives, we would love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities**
- Personal care
