Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our client's team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of our little ones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to enhance children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children to explore and learn.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and management to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and updating parents accordingly.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
