Your role involves providing high-quality education, training, coaching, and mentoring support to both newly qualified and experienced trainers. This ensures compliance with contractual and Ofsted requirements. Additionally, you’ll foster a culture of training improvement by demonstrating modern learning techniques and methods. Furthermore, you’ll contribute to educational projects within CfTN to meet future training delivery needs

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Delivering a teacher training and assessment programme incorporating the QCF Level 3 Award in Education and Training and Care of Trainees (safeguarding and prevent)
- Conducting Teaching observations in support of Ofsted requirements and Teacher development.
- Delivering an education and training Continuing Professional Development programme to Defence Trainers (both military and civilian).
- Supporting the delivery of a Coaching and Mentoring service including the undertaking of coaching and mentoring support for staff and trainee development.
- Providing support and expertise for educational projects to meet future training needs
- Handling course administration tasks that contribute to achieving business goals.
**What we’re looking for**:
- QCF Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (or equivalent).
- Ideally have experience of training delivery in adult learning sector (Further/Higher Education)
- Demonstrable proficiency in the use of EXCEL, Word and Power Point.
- Exceptionally high calibre of communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively to develop remote delivery techniques in support of training.
- Ability to work independently, where required, to develop innovative ways of working
- Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level
- Must be able to travel to the south of England for the first 3 months in the role (travel and accommodation will be paid for)
