Job description
**Where you’ll work**: This role is based at North Kent College’s Tonbridge campus.
**Your hours**: 22 hours per week (Monday - Thursday 12.45pm - 5.15pm and Friday 12.45pm - 4.45pm), 52 weeks per annum.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the College’s Tonbridge campus for a Reception & Student Information Assistant to join the Marketing & Communications team on a part time, permanent basis, working Monday - Thursday 12.45pm - 5.15pm and Friday 12.45pm - 4.45pm.
This role is our first point of contact for students, staff, and the general public, acting as the front-line receptionist at our busy campus. The postholder will handle all incoming calls through an internal switchboard, ensuring that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times, whether in person or on the phone.
The effective running of the reception function is central to ensuring that our customers, both internal and external, are provided with the correct information and/or directed to the appropriate person.
