**As an IT Assistant you will be providing support to the teams to maximise team efficiency. Duties include monitoring the use of software, reporting and other audit related task, technical troubleshooting and resolutions, whilst providing an excellent customer experience.**

**The Role**:

- Based in Southport
- Salary: £ 20-28 per annum
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Permanent contract

**Duties**:

- Daily, weekly, and Monthly reporting and other audit related tasks
- Monitoring the use of software (e.g. Microsoft) and hardware (e.g. Printers) and, improving them constantly
- Earmark projects
- Training of new members of staff
- Technical troubleshooting and resolution

**Experience, Skills, and Attributes**
- Implementing backup solutions for disaster recovery
- Network switch management including the use of VLANs
- Cyber security best practices
- Maintaining IT documentation, SOP and guidance
- Basic Macro and Java programming
- Great written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Attention to detail - crucial
