**Training Administrator**
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated individual to join our team as a Training Administrator in the TAG Global Training department at TAG Aviation UK. In this client facing role you will be the first point of contact for our clients and a role model for service excellence. As the Training Administrator you will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day organisation of training courses and future planning, take client bookings and manage the reception area.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Front of house ambassador for TAG Global Training
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Update and review the reception manual monthly
- Advise Farnborough Airport Security, meet and greet all visitors to TAG Global Training
- Provide support to Training Manager and instructors where required
- Process all booking requests from TAG and 3rd party in a timely manner, including eLearning
- Issue Training Agreement to new 3rd party clients
- Process any ad-hoc booking requests and training
- Ensure all Safety Equipment details are obtained for all students attending the relevant courses
- Raise all course Invoices, process, and check payments
- Produce and issue all certificates for course attendees
- Collate monthly figures and KPIs for the business
- Arrange catering for students, ensuring all reception areas are kept tidy
- Arranging transport ad 3rd party facilities for training as required
- Actively promote TAG Global Training Courses via social media and written materials
- Filing and e-filing
- Co-ordinate and process all documentation for the TAG Academy in line with UK and European Regulations
- Ordering Stationery and catering supplies
- Taking minutes for meetings as required
- Support Training Manager with recruitment
- Participate in internal and external audits
Salary band for this role is £23,000 - £25,000, depending on experience.
**Essential**:
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Able to work with all levels of staff and demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Diplomacy and confidentiality
- Able and willing to promote the TAG reputation and image
- GCSE Maths and English
- Strong face-to-face customer service background
- Organised, positive and approachable with a 'can do' attitude
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and smart appearance
**Desirable**:
- Microsoft Office skills - particularly Excel
