ABC Teachers is seeking a Primary Teacher to work at a residential school in Worcestershire. The setting caters for students with social, emotional and mental health needs who are in care. The role is to begin in September and will continue for the fullacademic year.

About the role:

- As a Primary Teacher you will be responsible for teaching on a one to one and small group basis
- Working alongside a team of experienced support staff you will take part in a wide variety of activities as the school is based on a farm in the countryside
- Delivering mainly Humanities curriculum in a primary model - such as linking World War History to Art.
- This role is full time and will begin in September.

About the setting:

- The school caters for students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
- The school is keen to make education enjoyable for those who may be disengaged with education
- The cohort of students is currently boys and there are 8 students in total.
- Easily accessible from areas of Worcestershire such Worcester, Malvern and Droitwich Spa.

About you:
To be considered for the Primary Teacher position, you will:

- Have previous experience working with children and young people who have had challenging backgrounds.
- Suitable qualifications to teach such as a PGCE, or Bed (with Qualified Teacher Status).
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
