Are you driven by a passion for shaping the early development of young minds? We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and devoted Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As a qualified Level 2 or 3 professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch care and education to children during their crucial early years.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Devise and execute age-appropriate activities and curriculum to stimulate children's learning and development.
- Cultivate a safe and captivating environment that fosters the physical, emotional, and cognitive growth of children.
- Monitor and evaluate children's progress, tailoring activities to individual needs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and a supportive learning community.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
- Advocate positive behaviour management techniques, promoting social skills and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing early years education.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an early years setting.
- Solid understanding of child development principles and best practices in early years education.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Dedication and passion for promoting the well-being and development of young children.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safeguarding practices.

**Location: We are conveniently situated next to Norbiton train station in Kingston, offering direct access and links to London Waterloo, as well as a variety of bus routes.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
