Our client based in Mallusk is a long-established family run business, specialising in workwear and PPE. Due to continuing growth, they are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join their team.

You will be welcomed into an established and motivated team, who will support you to succeed.

A very achievable and generous commission bonus is on offer, as well as a negotiable basic salary.

Company vehicle, pension and private healthcare benefits are part of the offered package.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven sales experience within the workwear and PPE Industry.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Computer use competency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.

**Responsibilities**
- Using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) to obtain new business.
- Evaluate customer needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
- Attend meeting, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry.
- Report and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain and expand client database.
