**The Role**

As a senior member of the team you will supervise and provide real-time feedback for the Bar or FOH team. You will play a key part in defining where the team's strengths and weaknesses lie and work with the management team to train and develop the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Get involved in all extra training sessions
- Buddy up with the junior members of the team to teach and inspire
- Deal with customer complaints to ensure they are dealt with accordingly
- Assist the team with additional on-the-job training
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Serve drinks to customer specification to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Ensure all products are served according to specs
- Following correct bar operating procedures
- Advise customers on the best drink and food choices
- Deliver exceptional service at all times
- Defuse customer complaints and involve management when necessary
- Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene;
- Adhere to strict cleanliness guidelines and health & safety procedures
