**MS Dynamics CE Principal Functional Consultant**

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Principal Functional Consultant with extensive experience across all phases of enterprise Dynamics CE projects. With a hands-on approach and proven experience in end-to-end implementations, strong understanding of customer relationship management process and procedures combined with practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. A demonstrable history of consultancy experience is a must as this role will entail continuous interaction with clients, managing onshore consultants, working alongside both onshore and offshore development teams. This role will also require a level of presales activities focused around Dynamics CE functionality, Power Platform and the wider Microsoft platform. You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development whilst leading and mentoring more junior staff.

This role is therefore key to KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions' customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. It is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business area within an established and market-leading global Big 4 firm

**Responsibilities**
- Ownership for the delivery of high-quality business and software solutions to our clients using their deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities
- Ownership of gathering and documentation of functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis for workstream
- Responsibility for the creation of high quality and sustainable client solutions and project documentation including support for testing activities
- Advise client and delivery team members of scope (creep) and use of change control processes
- Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary
- Ensure progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally
- Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues where applicable
- Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project to client and more junior team members
- Strong contribution to the creation of KPMG Dynamics 365 solutions and industry templates
- Perform Pre-Sales activities as required including building demo and proof of concept solutions for various client presentations and contribute to responding to RFPs and RFQs
- Solves and advises on complex problems with creative solutions
- Awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365 CE in functional areas and demonstrate changes/additions to team members
- Strong involvement in further development of functional capabilities in D365 CE product team i.e. defining training needs within the team, coaching other team members
- Demonstrate ability around upselling and understanding of additional company capabilities
- Identify practice development activities and strong involvement in the creation and delivery of these to fellow colleagues
- Leads people and helps to grow them in their role
- Promotes the Values of our company
- Performance manage two or more junior members of product team
- Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
- Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors
- Represent KPMG MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times

**Requirements**:
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in consulting and excellent presentation skills
- Ability to organise, manage and lead meetings, requirements sessions and workshop, and confidently present to the C-Suite
- Extensive hands-on D365 CE experience with largescale, complex implementations
- Deep functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CE covering a wide spectrum of industries and sectors
- Extensive experience in the following areas of a project life cycle
- Requirements analysis and documentation
- Business process mapping and modelling
- and documentation knowledge
- Development testing and UAT
- Data migration
- Cut-over planning
- Go-live support
- Deep knowledge of functional capabilities of D365 CE functional areas including:

- Sales Management
- Marketing automation
- Customer Service Management
- Contact/Case Management
- Understanding of additional CE functional areas:

- Project Services Automation
- Field Services
- Deep, proven functional experience in D365 CE configuration, standard customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and standard reports development.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications, ideally most current versions
- Awareness of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365
- Awareness of Azure and cloud technologies and.Net development capabilities
- Knowledge of Power Platform capabilities and Business
