**Job Purpose**

You will be outbound calling our existing customer base to find solutions that meet their insurance needs as well as supporting the development of the Sales Executives to do exactly the same.

We would love to welcome you to our Sheffield office (S9 2RX), working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. There may be a requirement to visit our other offices in Leeds, Ipswich and Crewe to support agent coaching (expenses would be paid).

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Meet and exceed agreed sales, quality, customer, and productivity targets.
- Provide solutions to our current group customer base through excellent articulation of our insurance value proposition.
- Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities promoting the groups portfolio of products.
- Ensure we are working in a “Right first-time manner” and adhering to all compliance and regulations set.
- Assist in the implementation of our Sales Executive glidepath by taking ownership of varied coaching requirements.
- Lead a small cohort of Sales Executives development through a measured and analytical approach.
- 50% of time conducting sales agent outbound calls
