**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
This is a seven-bed short break service, we offer short breaks to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex needs.

We provide person centred care and are flexible to meet the needs of the people we support; we need highly motivated people to join our team. In this role you will support people with personal care, medication and social activities such as pamper nights, trampolining and playing board games.

**We are looking for bank, part time and full time Support Workers to join our team**
