**Damage & Maintenance Administrator - Rental Industry - Bathgate**

**Salary - £24,000 plus benefits**

**(Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 9:00-5.30pm)**

We are currently recruiting for a Damage & Maintenance Administrator to join our growing team in Bathgate.

As a Damage & Maintenance Administrator, you will be working in a fast past environment where customer requirements are constantly changing. The D&M team maintain the whole ACL commercial vehicle fleet through our workshops and external suppliers to keep the vehicles on the road for our customers and you will be key to this.

**Key Responsibilities of a Rental Operations Agent**:

- Administration - Update our rental platform ‘Fleet Master’ with relevant information regarding repairs
- Customer Service - Answer calls from customer requesting support, book maintenance with our supplier network and regularly update them with repair progress of the repairs
- Compliance - Supportc ustomers to ensure MOT’s and Services are conducted within agreed timescales.
- Efficiency - Support the team to keep costs to a minimum whilst recovering and damage related costs from customers.

**What we are looking for**:

- Computer Literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-player
- Friendly, positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Someone looking to develop and grow with in a new part of our business
- Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 9am to 5:30pm
- A full valid driving licence with 12 months’ experience
