Our well established client is looking for a Paralegal to join their Construction team located in the Southampton Office.

As part of the construction team, you’ll work on construction and engineering contracts which support the creation of all sorts of developments, including residential and retail, infrastructure and renewable energy.

**Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by**:

- As a paralegal in the team, you will assist the teams experienced lawyers to achieve the best results for their clients. You will learn how to draft and negotiate complex contracts on behalf of a wide range of clients and gain a broader understanding ofassociated issues relating to property and finance to ensure your advice is fully rounded, commercially savvy and helps them achieve their goals.
- You will also be involved in business development activities which may involve preparation of marketing literature and attendance at client seminars and other events.
- This is a busy role, with deadlines to manage and competing priorities, so you will be required to work quickly, accurately and efficiently and remain calm under pressure. You will be expected to think ahead to meet the needs of the other fee earners andthe clients.
- You will have a passion for this type of work and be someone whom we can invest on a long-term basis.
- It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.

A minimum of at least 1 years Paralegal experience.

Salary depending on experience.
