**Role Purpose**:
Your role will support the HR department by providing strategic HR advice and guidance to business leaders and managers. This position involves understanding the companies’ objectives, culture and challenges alongside aligning the HR strategy to achieve the companies’ goals. The HRBA will act as a trusted partner to management, fostering positive employee relations, promoting employee engagement and enhancing organisational performance.

**Key Responsibilities in this role will include**:

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Develop and conduct in-house workshops to upskill line managers on people-related topics, fostering their effectiveness in managing and supporting their teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and departments within the company to assess training needs and design targeted learning and development programs
- Coordinate with the legal team, Occupational Health, and other third parties to address HR-related matters
- Manage and monitor ongoing ad-hoc HR projects, ensuring their successful implementation and timely completion
- Proactively support communication and engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding new employees to managing offboarding processes
- Demonstrate the ability to use experience and initiative in understanding succession planning and talent development, nurturing a strong talent pipeline
- Focus on delivering HR services to set standards, meeting targets and schedules for all HR processes and policies
- Analyse HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements, making data-driven recommendations for enhancing HR effectiveness
- Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements/regulations, promoting a culture of adherence and responsibility

**Key skills and experience in this role will include**:
Ø Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations, ensuring HR practices are compliant with relevant legislation

Ø CIPD qualification (studying towards or Level 5)

Ø Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective communication and relationship-building across all levels of the organisation

Ø Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with integrity and professionalism, maintaining high standards of confidentiality

Ø Prior experience dealing with complicated employee relations (ER) cases, demonstrating the ability to navigate and resolve complex HR issues

Ø Knowledge of payroll and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Ø Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, enabling data-driven decision-making in HR strategies and initiatives
