**JOB PURPOSE**:
To provide a first line supervisory role requires an assertive, experienced individual with a can do attitude, who believes in delivering the highest level of Customer Service to ensure the reputation and name of Inflite the Jet Centre is held in the highest regard by our Customers.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Controlling and planning the day to day running of Operations
- Delegating tasks to the Operations Assistants
- Responsible for the day to day management of the Operations Assistants.
- Booking aircraft handling into the Company system
- Arranging hotels, fuel and transport
- Overseeing of the collating of fuel figures into Excel
- Providing crew with NOTAMS and weather reports
- Assisting on the ramp as and when required including loading of baggage
- Acting as first point of contact for crew and assisting with any queries
- Entering passenger passport details into the system when on nights
- Providing Assistance to the CSR’s as required
- Providing toilet and water services as required
- Any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of Customer service
- Good keyboard skills and a competent computer user with the ability to use Excel
- Willingness to be flexible towards working hours so that all shifts and workload are covered
- Capable of working shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
- Educated to GCSE level with grade C passes in English and Maths
- 5 year checkable work history is an essential requirement for this role
- Demonstrable experience within Aviation
- Previous Operations experience is desirable
- Service Industry experience would be advantageous
- Knowledge of CFMU and FBO1 would be desirable but training will be given
- Previous GA experience would be advantageous
- Flight planning experience is desirable
