Essential skills:
Safety passport / IOSH managing safely

Driving license

Basic computer literacy
- MS office, teams, outlook

Flexible working approach with hours, and willingness to do overtime when required

Great communication skills to support dealing with co workers and client

Driven individual with a desire to progress within the company

Desirable skills:
High pressure water jetting

BA trained

Forklift license

Previous experience leading a team

Main responsibilities:
Leading a small team of people

Filling in daily manpower sheets and support in allocating work

Lead training and familiarisation on equipment and on-site process and procedures

Complete work on catalyst, water jetting and industrial services on the refinery

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19.18-£19.19 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
