Bridal Consultant

Our client, a stunning 5 Star bridal boutique in Plymouth City Centre are looking to recruit enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to work within their small and friendly team, to start in January 2023.

As part of the Bridal Sales team you will have a keen interest in the bridal industry/ladies fashion and will have the desire and motivation to achieve sales targets in a non-pushy and friendly way in order to make a major contribution to the success ofthe business.

You will assist customers in the shop by delivering excellent customer service at all times, take customer orders and payments, replenish stock and make sure goods are attractively displayed for sale.

You must be willing to work on Saturdays, which like in most other retail environments is normally the busiest day of the week.

Skills required:

- be confident and able in closing sales and achieving sales targets
- have excellent customer service, communication and numerical skills
- enjoy working with the public and have a polite, helpful manner
- be able to work as part of a team
- be confident when dealing with difficult and sometimes unexpected situations
- be honest and trustworthy and confident handling money and giving change
- be comfortable using business equipment such as computers, card machines, tills etc.
- have a smart appearance and plenty of stamina

PLEASE NOTE: retail experience (preferably luxury retail) of at least 2 years is essential. Bridal experience is highly desirable but not essential.

This is a Part-Time position, hours are negotiable but would include every Saturday. Salary - Competitive
