**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all equipment is in working order.
- Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper operation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose machine problems.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
- Perform regular maintenance on machines.
