Lost Surfers is more than just a Cafe, it's a destination. With a menu inspired by the tropics, we specialize in crafting unique cocktails and beverages that transport our guests to a tropical island with crashing waves.

We are looking for a hospitality enthusiast with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
We are also looking for someone who wan't to develop in the the industry and that wants to work towards managerial roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking in the cafe
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their orders
- Operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices and regulations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Must be available weekends and evenings as well as odd dayshifts.
