**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Psychology Department and conduct research in the fields of Personality and Individual Differences psychology and Health and Wellbeing.

You will work alongside Dr Helen Wall to investigate the impact of therapist-client similarity on therapeutic alliance and a range of clinical outcomes. The project is interested in exploring this focus across a range of therapeutic interventions such as CBT, counselling, psychotherapy, and clinical hypnotherapy.

**About You**

As Research Assistant you will:

- Be passionate about making a difference. Ideally you should have strong interpersonal skills and experience liaising with health care professionals/practitioners.
- Have experience administering and analysing a range of questionnaire and psychometric tools using online platforms.
- Be familiar with networking with a range of organisations to assist with data collection.
- Have strong communication skills and be able to conduct literature reviews and synthesise key information.
