Are you looking for an exciting telemarketing opportunity with a rapidly-growing company focused on digital solutions? If so, MediaBase Direct is looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join our Marketing and Sales Team and help generate high-volume sales leads for our suite of apps and solutions.

**THE ROLE**

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality sales leads through effective outbound telemarketing techniques. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify and target potential clients and communicate the value of our solutions to key decision-makers. The role involves a mix of cold-calling and warm-calling to build relationships with prospects and drive sales growth.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate sales leads and achieve monthly targets
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to prospects
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and interest
- Use our CRM system to manage leads, track progress, and report on results
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams on customer needs and preferences

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a friendly, proactive, organised telemarketer. You have had experience working in a B2B marketing environment with a passion to lead generate.

We’re also looking for people who:

- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and persuade customers
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a high-pressure environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills

Desirable, but not essential skills:

- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience using Excel
- Knowledge of CRM solutions

Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fareham PO15 5TU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Dealings / Support / Telesales: 2 years (required)
