**The Role**

As an AI & Marketing Executive at Beaumont Wealth, you will play a vital role in executing marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence, attract potential clients, and support lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for managing social media channels, engaging with the audience, handling leads generated through various marketing channels, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and prospects

**Day to day responsibilities**

Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars to maintain a consistent online presence across platforms.

Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages promptly, and encourage meaningful interactions with followers.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven improvements

Lead Management:
Respond to leads promptly, addressing inquiries, providing information about our services, and nurturing potential clients through the sales funnel.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads, maintaining a comprehensive lead database and tracking progress in the lead conversion process.

Phone Communication:
Professionally handle incoming calls from clients and prospects, addressing their queries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate team members.

Act as a point of contact for clients seeking assistance and ensure all calls are managed with a high level of customer service and professionalism

Content Development:
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, is accurate, and adheres to compliance standards within the financial industry.

Marketing Analytics:
Assist in tracking and analysing marketing data, including website traffic, social media engagement, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

Prepare regular reports to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:
A good knowledge of AI programmes

Familiarity with financial services and wealth management industry is advantageous.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and prospects effectively.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and marketing analytics platforms.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Subject to DBS and credit reference checks
