We are seeking a Reservations Assistant based at our Head Office in Cumnock. The role is 32-40 hours per week and will include evenings and weekend working. Our reservations department is a 7 day per week operation and office hours range from 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday to Sunday 9am-5pm.

The RAD Hotel Group are a multi-award winning, ambitious group of hotels in the West of Scotland. At present, the group boasts 8 hotels. Renowned for providing an exceptional customer experience regardless the purpose of a visit, we are looking to expand our team due to continued growth.

**You will be Responsible for**:

- Bookings and Reservations
- Helping to maximise room sales and other associated revenue streams whilst providing all departments with relevant guest information and thereby ensuring the highest level of customer service to our guests, potential guests and our colleagues
- Recording all bookings accurately and communicating the relevant information to the hotels for each booking
- General Admin and ensuring accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness with all our bookings.

**You will need to be**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional manor and attention to detail
- Ability to sell
- Pleasant telephone manor
- Exceptional customer service skills

**Salary**: Up to £10.70 per hour
