As a Professional Development Business Partner, you will be accountable for ensuring that the Learning and Development contributes to, and influences, improved performance in the workplace at an individual, team, brand, and organisation level. Working withthe Professional Development Manager and your assigned key stakeholder you will partner to align learning solutions to the strategic priorities of the business.

You will be an agent for change, influencing key stakeholders to make recommendations on how your assigned area can achieve its strategic priorities through learning re-enforcements or interventions. By analysing and identifying training needs and learninggaps, and by liaising with the wider professional development team to bring in expertise where required, you will propose and deliver solutions in your designated area

You will have the ability to measure the outcomes and impact of any learning interventions and to continue to partner with your senior stakeholder to recommend follow up support needed.

Core Responsibilities
- To work with key stakeholder and their leadership team to identify learning and training opportunities to support the execution of TEKsystems’ strategic priorities.
- Partner with Key Stakeholder by using a range of techniques to obtain an initial brief from and investigate and analyse data to validate the need for a learning intervention.
- Gain buy-in from senior stakeholders by presenting relevant and innovative solutions. Design, build and deliver on the proposed solution and depending on the level of intervention requirement and business impact, work with the wider PD team to execute designand build
- Build effective working relationships with all levels of Leadership (using the language of the business), peers and other learning and development functions, together with relevant external organisations to deliver business results from learning and developmentplans and solutions.
- Communicate confidently with people at all levels, including Senior Management.

Skills and Knowldege
- Deep knowledge and understanding of TEKsystems strategic priorities, internal processes, and associated change programmes
- Knowledge of paradigms, theories and models that underpin effective adult learning, group behavior and learning culture.
- The fundamentals of learning design and delivery and the channels to select as appropriate (face-to-face, blended, or digital solution)
- Change management methodologies and the principles of project management.
- Consultancy tools and techniques, for example the use of SWOT, 5 Whys etc
- Utilises tools within the TEKsystems technology stack, such as Connected, LinkedIn, Job boards, CV Libraries, Microsoft Teams, to provide an excellent customer experience
- Understanding of the Degreed platform to support ongoing learning
