Senior Nursery Practitioner

We are looking for a senior nursery Practitioner to come and join our team. This position is for 40 hours per week over 4 days all year around

Job requirements;
*Must hold a level 3 early years educator qualification
- Must have experience of working with children under 3 years.
- To be able to deploy staff
- To carry out and complete risk assessments/ health and safety checks
- To carry out meetings within the nursery and other professionals e.g teachers

*Must hold regular meetings with your team.
- To carry out activities according to childrens interests and development milestones
- To carry out planning and complete cohort tracking
- To work along side managers of the nursery and follow ofsted requirements
- To assist with monitoring of staff performance within the room
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- To be able to follow instructions and carry out daily tasks
- To be a team player and a good role model to both children and staff.
- To carry out general house keeping jobs.

*Must be fun, enjoy messy activities, enjoy playing with the children
- Must be able to pre pare snacks and meals
- Must be willing to attend further training if needed.

An Enhanced DBS is required and satisfactory references

**Salary**: From £9.90 per hour
