Fines Officer

Brook Street are recruiting for an Fines Officer based in Bicester on a temporary contract. This is a 10 month contract with a view to the possibility of extension.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm although there is an option of Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm

This is an office based role with working from home option on an agreed rota system

£11.23 per hour

Own transport required

Administrative experience with good knowledge and experience in using microsoft office

Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Preparing routine correspondence and checking that of others

Compiling, verifying and reporting data

Completing forms or reports

Managing the workload of a small team, if required

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

This role will require some interaction with clients which involves making outbound calls

a DBS check will be required and full right to work documentation
