**Responsibilities**:

- ** Window Installation and Repair**: Expertly install, repair, and maintain windows in social housing units, ensuring functionality, energy efficiency, and security.
- ** Hinge Installation and Adjustment**: Specialise in the installation and adjustment of hinges on doors and windows to guarantee smooth operation and durability.
- ** Carpentry Work**: Undertake joinery tasks related to windows, doors, and frames, employing high-quality craftsmanship to meet our client's standards.
- ** Diagnostic Skills**: Diagnose issues with windows and hinges, providing efficient and effective solutions to improve resident's living conditions.
- ** Collaboration with Maintenance Team**: Work closely with the maintenance team to coordinate joinery tasks within the overall maintenance plan for social housing properties.
- ** Material Management**: Efficiently manage and use materials, minimising waste and ensuring cost-effective practices.
- ** Compliance with Regulations**: Ensure all joinery work complies with relevant health and safety regulations, building codes, and standards set by the company.
- ** Tenant Communication**: Communicate effectively with residents, explaining the nature of joinery work, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience during repairs.
