**About Us**:
This property business has achieved remarkable success in the industry, and are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to contribute to their marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with the team to produce captivating visual assets across various platforms including print, digital, motion, and video.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing the creative strategy for their diverse brands.
- Collaborating with team members to create compelling designs for both online and offline use.
- Crafting digital and print assets to support sales targets.
- Working on projects covering brand creation, websites, events, and more.
- Designing static and moving assets for their social media presence.
- Liaising with external suppliers and agencies to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Designing and amending marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, adverts, and more.
- Cooperating with third-party suppliers to optimise relationships.
- Maintaining and revising the brand guidelines consistently.
- Monitoring competitor activities and market changes.
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
- Supporting website development projects.
- Taking design briefs and overseeing the delivery of your own work.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Experience in designing for websites, social media campaigns, e-marketing, and print brochures.
- Understanding of design for motion and video.
- Some experience with UX design would be desirable.
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and planning capabilities.
- Minimum of 1 year of design experience.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing various design projects.
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Personable, articulate, and confident demeanour.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
