Role**:Purchasing Coordinator**

Salary**:£30,000 - £35,000** depending on experience

Type**:Full Time, Monday - Friday**

**Summary**:
As a growing department there is ample room for progression.

Managing a large company stock portfolio of circa 2000 SKUs and high overall stock values

Maintaining and building strong supplier relationships with international manufacturers

Regularly reviewing and monitoring stock levels, shipping costs and supplier performances including an annual supplier review

Maintaining accurate product data such as commodity codes, packaging/waste measurements

Implementing new forecasting and ordering procedures on the ERP operating system

Management of international shipments.

Identifying cost saving opportunities

working with internal sales and marketing team on new product development plans

**Key attributes/experience**:
Previous knowledge/experience within a procurement/purchasing role.

Knowledge of forecasting processes within ERP systems.

Knowledge and experience of Kerrige 8 advantageous

Strong relationship management skills

Highly organised and able to confidently share/present information

A proactive approach

general “can do/proactive” attitude to business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
