We are also looking at offering cycle to work schemes for this role.

Shift Patterns:The shift pattern for this role will be a continental shift pattern working 4 on 4 off 12 hour days and nights 7-7’s.

To be eligible to start, you will need to work both shift patterns of days and nights which will also include weekend working.

Per shift you will be paid a total of 11.33 hours (one deducted unpaid break)

.The current role that we are recruiting for are:
FLT Counterbalance Drivers - Pay starts at £11.92 per hour which an £0.50 attendance bonus once you’ve completed all 4 shifts - Optional overtime is available paid at time and one third.

Please note that all current pay rates are due to be reviewed in line with the increases on the 1st April 2024.
