CLC Group Ltd is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. We currently have a great opportunity for a Supervisor to join our team in Watford.

**Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following**:

- Ensure the smooth operation of a designated site
- Ensure all site personnel carry out their designated tasks efficiently and effectively to enable the contract to be completed on time, with zero defects, within budget and with no risk to the Health & Safety of their operational team, the client or the general public
- Act as the customer service champion on site
- The ability to work on multiple workstreams
- Supervise site personnel (incl. sub-contractors)
- Supervise the site to ensure it complies with Legal and Statutory requirements
- Supervise the site to ensure it complies with Health, Safety and Welfare requirements.
- Support management in meeting the business needs
- Attend & control meetings with work colleagues and/or clients and customers when necessary
- Ensure appearances and actions are professional and reflect CLC Groups’ company image

**Person specification**

**Qualifications**

Essential:

- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Joinery or other relevant trade, or equivalent level of competence obtained from on-the-job experience

Desirable:

- CSCS Card

**Relevant experience**

Essential:

- Proven experience working as a dedicated Supervisor
- Experience in working in social housing/health/high street sector
- Previous experience supervising directly employed and sub contractors
- Trade background experience
- Knowledge/Awareness of Health and Safety on site

**Aptitude, skills & abilities**

Essential:

- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to use own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to diagnose/problem solve

**Personal attributes**

Essential:

- Proactive
- Enthusiastic with personal drive
- Adaptable

All site workers will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

A Full UK driving license is essential

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Hours**: 39 hours each week, Monday to Friday.

**Location**: The nature of this role requires you to work on site at various locations across the Watford operational area, including the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, London and Buckinghamshire areas.
