**Duties**:

- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and well-stocked store environment.
- Demonstrate basic math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash.
- Upsell and promote additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and ensure all customer needs are met.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,781.56 per year
