Hiring an Indirect Buyer to work in catalyst technologies for our client based in Billingham. Managing supplier performance, you will ensure delivery of procurement targets and strategic procurement activities in line with company goals and standards.

This is a temporary (12-month) remote working opportunity, with core hours of 08:00 - 16:00 and one day a week in the office.

You will manage all aspects of category procurement including business partnerships, supply agreements, market research, reporting, security, strategies and action plans; ensuring risk, cost, innovative and value-based effective projects.

**Ability and experience required**:

- MCIPS qualified or prepared to work towards the qualifications
- Plant based R&D/technical background
- Pricing agreements
- RFQs
- SAP
- Working across distance/time zone
- Technical, commercial and legal contract negotiating

Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
