**Role Responsibilities: As an IT Account Manager, you will**:

- Efficiently manage your schedule and promptly honor customer follow-ups.
- Harness your proven prowess in IT Account Management Sales to cultivate and oversee your portfolio of accounts.
- Exemplify exceptional communication skills, serving as the frontline driving performance and prosperity.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, particularly in the creation of quotations and proposals.
- Prioritise customer gratification by going the extra mile to ascertain optimal solutions.
- Navigate the intricacies of each account, supported by robust marketing strategies to safeguard revenue.
- Foster and fortify relationships across all echelons, spanning both public and private sector accounts.
- Thrive within a process-oriented milieu, adeptly meeting stringent deadlines and ensuring perpetual customer contentment.

**Targets & Commission**: You will aim for a monthly target of £2,500gp, unlocking an appealing 10% commission on all post-target sales. Moreover, a commendable bonus of £250 awaits upon attaining £10,000 in sales. For those embracing greater challenges, a quarterly bonus of £1,000 beckons when £30,000 is achieved over three months.
