**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Baker. No previous experience is required, but a keen interest in the art of baking and a strong willingness to learn are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately measure and weigh ingredients
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace
- Perform deep cleaning of equipment and work areas
- Monitor and log temperatures, adhering to HACCP guidelines
- Prepare a variety of doughs and breads
- Assist with general bakery preparation tasks
- Operate the oven, ensuring product quality and consistency

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in baking or cooking is advantageous but not required
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills, including the ability to work with percentages and fractions, or proficiency with a calculator
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Proactive, with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 16kg & 25kg (e.g., flour sacks)
