Linsco Recruitment requires a handyman/multi-skilled operative to work with a busy construction company in Nottingham.

The job will start as a temp to perm position for an initial 6 weeks.

Work will be on occupied residential properties in Nottingham City Centre, all snagging and maintenance work.

The working hours/days are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. 42.5 hours a week.

20 days holidays per year and bank holidays paid for.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 weeks

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
