**About The Role**
- As an Asset Update Administrator, you’ll provide administrative support to the Asset Data Connections Team, while maintaining excellent quality customer service to all internal and external stakeholders and providing advice and support via different communication channels.
- Accountabilities of an Asset Data Administrator
** **will include:

- Receiving and validating work information against process flows to ensure work can be systemised with the information provided for assets
- Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to resolve and complete any queries with the work information including any design, further investigation, and data interrogation activities
- Ensuring asset records are updated using ESRI and/or SAP in accordance with relevant policies
- Working on projects to tight deadlines to meet the overall target timelines
- Completing any additional project closure activities where required
- Updating Cadent’s assets within our systems in accordance with Cadent policies, processes, and procedures
- Maintaining quality standards with a focus on attention to detail

**Practical Experience, Knowledge & Skills**

We’re looking for individuals who hold the following skills and experience:

- Knowledge of ESRI, SAP CRM and supporting systems
- Motivated to learn new skills and tools and be flexible to deal with change
- Well organised, motivated, resourceful, and able to demonstrate passion for continuous improvement
- High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately within tight deadlines and on your own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside the ability to build long-lasting relationships within and outside the immediate team
- Strategic and ordered thinker with proven technical skills to analyse data with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues within the process
- Competent in the use of standard desktop packages, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel
