You will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.

As a Parts Advisor, you will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with the service department over parts related matters. You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure you meet customer’s expectations.

To have main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor with at least 2 Years Experience

Preferably to have Autoline / Kerridge experience

The hours are Monday to Friday 8am till 5.30 pm plus alternate Saturdays 8am-1pm
