**Aufgaben**:

- Provide administrative support to the HSSE department
- Gather data as required
- Administer the Health and Safety KPI evidence and supporting documents
- Organize HSSE Meetings
- Maintain the department office filing structure, both electronic & manual versions
- Manage the filing on various electronic systems for the HSSE Department
- Assist the HSSE Team as required
- Any tasks as required by the HSSE Manager to provide support to the site delivery teams
- Identify, implement, monitor, and evaluate technical H&S, short term, and long-term vocational qualifications to maximise growth and workforce development.
- Liaising & advising all department heads on training and compliance.
- Reviewing and updating of the training matrix.
- Maintain relationships with City & Guilds, CITB, NEBOSH, IOSH, CPCS, NPORS and various other training organisations.
- Competency management ensuring all disciplines have the correct qualification and training.

**Qualifikationen**:

- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
- Having a HSSE related qualification (e.g. NEBOSH) would be an advantage
