Nursery Third in Charge

As a **Third in Charger / Senior Room Leader **you will need to have the following:

- Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
- Min. 2 year experience of being a key worker
- Min. 1 year experience as a Room Leader
- Ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team
- Friendly, approachable and positive attitude

As **Third in Charge / Senior Room Leader**, your role will include:

- Being a key worker for a small group of children
- Being a part of the Nursery Management team and be a key holder
- Having overall responsibility for the quality delivered
- Building strong partnerships with parents
- Planning activities and making observations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
