**Salary: **£25,000 + Gratuities
**Overview**:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Estate Ranger (Firearms) on behalf of one of our clients.
To lead events and deliver safe, high-quality experiences whilst ensuring guests feel confident in what they are doing, gaining a unique experience that they will want to repeat again and again. The service offered should, at all times, be personal, memorableand anticipatory.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Effectively and efficiently organise resources and activities, to meet guest expectations.
- Build good relationships with the Hotel’s operational team, educating them on the latest provision of activities.
- Respond to guest enquiries and provide appropriate responses.
- Responsible for the health and safety of guests whilst undertaking all on-estate activities.
- Look at other offerings to stay ahead of the trend with innovative activities that set us apart.
- Build a rapport with guests, ensuring that the highest level of guest service is achieved.
- Observe all departmental safety procedures and protocols.
- Conduct a daily safety check of equipment, grounds and facilities. Document any items to be addressed on the day and ensure they are actioned.
- Review all upcoming appointments ensuring that yield management techniques are applied to scheduling and booking appointments.
- All paperwork and disclaimers needed for each activity is completed and filed appropriately and securely.
- Due to the nature of the industry, flexibility in working hours is essential including evenings and weekends.
- Ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to, and to ensure that all employees and subcontractors are trained.
- Ensure a positive H&S environment.
- Ensure that all-statutory regulations are observed.
- Undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the company including flexibility in hours and responsibilities.
- Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified.
- Ensure all team within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A current Firearms Licence is essential.
- Must be fully conversant with the following:

- Hotel fire procedures.
- Hotel and Company Security procedures.
- Hotel Health and Safety policy and procedures.
- Hotel Facilities.
- Standards of operation.
- Short and long term company marketing promotions.
- But be polite, personable and possess the ability to provide a fun, memorable time to guests.
