Pronto Business Finance are looking for a **Trainee Finance Broker **to join our growing team.

Full training will be provided with regular weekly programs onsite with the Directors as well as a clear progression path onto becoming an Account Manager.

Uncapped commission is available in this role and the first year 'on target earnings' are £35,000 - £45,000.

**OTE Year 1** = £35,000.00 - £45,000.00

**OTE Year 2 **= £55,000.00 - £75,000.00

**OTE Year 3** = £85,000.00 - £100,000.00 **+**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Trainee Finance Broker your responsibilities will consist of the following..
- Cold calling businesses to understand if they have finance requirements
- Updating the CRM system with customer information
- Liaising directly with banks and communicating with the Directors on all customer finance deals
- Arranging supplier invoices
- Managing customer expectations with the highest standard of customer service
- Managing your sales pipeline and prioritising customer deals
- Arranging meetings with potential customers
- Attending networking events and exhibitions / industry shows
- Completing weekly pipeline reviews with the Directors to help push deals into completion and identify areas of potential improvement

The successful applicant for this position will have access to a vehicle and be able to travel to and from the Pronto office **Mon - Fri.**

**Experience in finance is not necessary in this position, we are looking for someone with great attention to detail, a customer focused approach and a drive for sales who is self motivated.**

**Salary**: From £18,500.00 per year
