**Role Summary**:
As the Record to Report Accountant you will be responsible for delivery of consistent, streamlined, global Record to Report processes. The role will focus on operational excellence and high levels of customer service with an additional focus on continuous improvement. The role sits within an agile and high-performing team that is empowered to improve process and utilise automation, while developing individuals capabilities through wider opportunities and responsibilities.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Operation of standard process, systems and control that complies with regulatory and statutory requirements in all relevant jurisdictions; and ensures the integrity of financial data. With particular focus on analysis, review and control of balance sheet reconciliation and journals, fixed assets, intercompany, VAT and intrastats and various management and financial reporting requirements

Enable increases of FSSC effectiveness and efficiency through continuous improvement

**Skills, Knowledge & Abilities**:
Demonstrable experience in general ledger accounting in a multi currency, PLC/ Global business.

Must be fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, CA or ACA

Relevant operational experience in a PLC/global business including balance sheet reconciliation and journals, fixed assets, intercompany, VAT and intrastats and various management and financial reporting requirements

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience of SAP or other ERP

Good level of Excel

Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication across a variety of audiences

Ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy
